My professional background includes a successful career that spans over 18 years in the health and fitness industry. I have managed one of the largest weight loss companies in Australasia and have tutored and coached both individuals and groups in achieving amazing results both in body and positive mindset for lifestyle success.

How would you sum up your philosophy towards health and fitness?

Fitness goes far beyond just making you look good, it improves your health and wellbeing, quality of life, self-esteem and self -perception. I believe fitness should be fun and enjoyable, something to look forward to and something that leaves you feeling satisfied and successful.

When I work with a client I focus on YOU, YOUR body, YOUR mind, YOUR spirit and YOUR sense of humour. I believe that you don’t need to put in long hours to get results, its quality not quantity. I’m not one to waste time so every exercise I choose is goal specific, effective and efficient.
