I am a Kiwi, having lived and studied in Auckland almost all my life. I love being active, and I enjoy helping motivate others to do so as well. I believe that exercise should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle as it will improve confidence, reduce stress, and of course reduce the risks of health-related conditions i.e. stroke, diabetes & depression - to name a few. |

I have been working in the Fitness Industry since 1999, as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, both in New Zealand and in the UK. I have plenty of experience helping people shape up their bodies and getting the results they’ve longed for.
