How can I improve my performance?
Although swimming, cycling, running and kayaking for triathlon and multisport events are all endurance based, strength and conditioning play their part in the development of the all round athlete. Not only is conditioning a refreshing change in the off session, developing extra speed and strength is critical, as they are needed during key times of a race. Building core strength and stability also helps with the prevention of injuries. We spend time with you working on weaknesses such as ankle stability, lower back, shoulder girdle and supportive muscle groups which often get overused when you are fatigued.
